Matt Turnmeyer was AMAZING I can’t say enough about my great experience with the service appointment he provided. Not only was he really skilled and knowledgeable in his expertise but he was detailed, thoughtful, and thorough. Additionally, he was timely and polite with a warm/friendly demeanor. Asking about taking shoes off, closing doors quietly, putting things back exactly as they were, empathetic towards the AC malfunction situation. Matt is incredible at his profession but what made this experience above and beyond was his keen attention to customer service considerations … which is a really rare trait and experience!! Our AC quit working - called Ratti AC and appt set withint a few hours. Tech came out & determined compressor on our AC not working; opted for new AC system. Contact with office to discuss all options from pricing to financing, ordering, and unit ordered & installed same day was excellent and easy. The techs were also informative, answered all questions, and cleaned up areas during removal and installation of unit, and after completed. Highly recommend this company!
