We woke up on 5 July 2026 with our A/C not working. We were worried that we would have to pay some crazy amount for a Sunday house call on a holiday weekend - if we could get anyone. We called Ratti, and they answered the phone with a human being. She had a great attitude and promised us someone would come within 2 hours - and call ahead so we could put the dog away. She told us how much the house call would cost (about half what I expected). They came in the time window, checked out our Lennox system, gave us a good diagnosis, and fixed it. We were cooling again by 2pm.
